Papogo Pro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and performance, we do not guarantee:
That the translations will always be 100% accurate.
That the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papogo LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to translation errors or service interruptions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
